2. Unique password (also provided on our letter to you)
3. Credit or Debit card from which payment is to be taken. If using Visa or Maestro your 3D secure password
4. Please note if paying by a credit card an additional fee may be levied by your bank

Refund policy: If you have overpaid or paid in error please contact us by telephone on 0871 288 0945 or e-mail email@example.com with full details of the payment made, and the reason a refund is required. We will investigate your request as soon as it is received and work with you to process any refunds required in a timely manner, using the same payment method used to make the original payment.
