Please pay your claim value into our Business Bank Account using the details on the reverse of the letter you have received.
Please remember to include your Surname and Case Number as the Payment Reference.

Before proceeding to make a payment please ensure you have the following information to hand:

1. Unique case reference number (which can be found on the letter we have sent to you)

2. Unique password (also provided on our letter to you)

3. Credit or Debit card from which payment is to be taken. If using Visa or Maestro your 3D secure password

4. Please note if paying by a credit card an additional fee may be levied by your bank

Refund policy: If you have overpaid or paid in error please contact us by telephone on 01332 742669 or e-mail legal@business-loss-prevention.co.uk with full details of the payment made, and the reason a refund is required. We will investigate your request as soon as it is received and work with you to process any refunds required in a timely manner, using the same payment method used to make the original payment.
